Our Diagnostics Discovers
It's not rare for players with different PC builds to struggle to get IPoker software to work consistently through sessions without it hanging or crashing multiple times, causing major discofort and also some losses.
For those having IPoker problems, meaning it hangs the UI after opening/closing some tables.
Our diagnostic team has reasons to belive the problem is between IPoker's and graphic card drivers' interaction.
It is hard for us to come to more accurate conclusions, however we can share that some players managed to fix that by installing older drivers, more specifically one generation old (May 2022 +/-)
So far we mostly have seen this problem for AMD Graphic Cards.
If you're going through this problem:
- Go to AMD drivers base or NVIDIA base
- Find your own graphic card model in the options
- Download an older version & install.
We don't have specific verisons in mind sadly, so if this doesn't help you out, chances are you have to try some different driver versions to cover more ground.
