Our team is working non-stop to make Jurojin great, and even though we have strict testing protcols, sometimes bugs can slip away.
We're happy to have such an awesome community, involved with the project and willing to help get things sorted out, here we'll explain how to report a certain problem so that we can review the environment in which it occured.
Broadly speaking, there are 2 different kind of problems detailed below:
Report a problem with the current hand at play
Having a problem with 1 specific table could mean:
- A Betsize Amount was not correct
- A particular table was not inserted into the Layout
- An overlay displayed wrong info or didn't appear at all (e.g: SPR / Pot Odds)
When this happens it has to be reported through the Report Issue Overlay on the table itself, with a small text that might help our team have some more context
E.g: "I was aggresor, pot was XX and pressed 50%, result should have been YY but instead was ZZ"

Report any other global problem
Here's a few examples of what a global problem would be:
- Jurojin doesn't tile a particular table or doesn't recognize a poker site
- Jurojin or a Poker Site crashed in one of my sessions
To report any problem, you can do so with the lower-right corner button that says "Issue Report" as the next screenshot shows
